.
Thanks as always to James & Eddy at XFM's The Remix who
played 'Crazy Love Affair' on Sunday's show and indeed Eddy
who gave 'Ray of Gob' another airing whilst filling in for Claire
Sturgess last nite. I believe he has something planned for
tonights show too. XFM 9-11pm.
.
Thanks also to those of you who have discovered my mixes
through the article in this month's BLENDER magazine and the
mention in the VILLAGE VOICE. (Nice to be in Led Zeps
company as well as Shadow :)
Props to EYE Weekly's 'Anti Hit List' who have been covering
a lot of my tracks in recent weeks.
.
Finally, thanks for all the mail regarding the Superchunk Mix.
Seems to have been a success!
.
More updates as and when.
Mark.
.
16/06/2003
EVE'S PHAT GANGSTA has now been added to complete the
superchunk tracks. It is a different mix to the one used and
contains a hint as to how the track may have ended up.
.
15/06/2003
OK, BIG UPDATE:
ALL Go Home Productions tracks are now online, for a limited
period only.
I have added 5 more tracks from the 'Superchunk' mix which is
now offline.
The tracks have also been placed in order of release, bottom
upwards and there are at least 4 tracks that have NOT appeared
on this site before.
I plan to keep all these tracks up until the end of the month at
least.
Big Thanks to McSleazy for hosting.
.
Big thanks to James & Eddy at XFM's The Remix who played
Shannon Stone tonight. Thanks as always :)
.
11/06/2003
Uploaded the new versions of Return of the Weather Episode
and Baby's Got A Crazy Horse. Also added Rat Inferno which
was previously issued under the name Tarzan of The Apes and
may be new to a lot of people. PlayDiscodance 3Steps to a
Bittersweet Goodbye and Foxy Lady have all been re-uploaded
too.
.
11/06/2003
2 New Tracks online with a summer feel:
CRAZY LOVE AFFAIR Beyonce with Sly Stone and
WOULDN'T IT BE NICE TO BE YOUR FIRST which combines
Barry White and The Beach Boys.
.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE XFM SUPERCHUNK MIX IS GOING
OFFLINE AT THE WEEKEND. So if you haven't got it yet, now
is your last chance. Thanks to the guys at the SmaSHITs chart
who 'borrowed' 2 of the tracks from this mix for inclusion last
week. wankers indeed lol but bigger thanks to James & Eddy
at The Remix who gave SUBMUSIC a mighty fine airing on
2nd June.
.
CHECK OUT THE GHP Recommends SECTION ABOVE FOR
LINKS TO A FEW NEW SITES OF INTEREST.
.
I will try to rotate as many of the OFFLINE tracks as much as
possible over the next few weeks, so that new visitors can grab
the ones that they are not familiar with. Next Month will see
a change in how this site is set-up and maintained, with the
majority of tracks appearing for the last time.
.
1/06/2003
Big thanks to James & Eddy for having me in the studio last
nite on the final Friday XFM Remix Show. The 'Superchunk'
mix seemed to go down really well and the host's offering of
jelly babies and beer was most appreciated :) Looking forward
to Sunday nights now...
The running order of the mix is as follows:
"BOWIE X" (David Bowie / Liberty X )
"JUSTIN LOVES JACKO" (Justin Timberlake / Michael Jackson)
"BABY'S GOT A CRAZY HORSE" (REMIXED)
"RETURN OF THE WEATHER EPISODE" (REMIXED)
"FAT GANGSTA" (Sum41 / Eve & Alicia Keys)
"WHO FOOLED KYLIE" (Kylie / The Who)
"YOU MAKE ME FEEL XTC" (Sylvester / XTC)
"RAY OF GOB"
"SUBMUSIC" (Madonna-Music / Sex Pistols-Submission)
.
Ray Of Gob gets a mention in this months Q Magazine. On
page 44 in the Hot and Not column under the heading:
"Bootlegs: Not dead judging by genial Madonna/Sex Pistols
soundclash Ray Of Gob"

.
GO HOME PRODUCTIONS props list:
Big thanks to New York radio station WFMU who have been
playlisting a lot of my tracks over the past few months, most
notably Ray of Gob. Looks likely that I'll be producing a special
one hour set for the upcoming Re:Mixology series in July that
last year played host to Steinski, EEC and other samplists.
Ken Freedmans show every Wednesday morning on WFMU is
an essential listen.
.

.
Just completed a 30min Superchunk mix for XFM's The Remix,
that will be broadcast at 10pm on Friday 30th of May.
A very coincidental date considering that it was exactly a year
ago to the day that Genies Revenge was played first on the
show. Massive thanks to James and Eddy for the past 12 months
.
15/05/2003
Almost a month since an update. To say I've been busy
is an understatement. I'm now involved in more projects than I
care to mention, all of which are producing some exciting
results. (more details later)
Uploaded 2 New Tracks which some of you may already know
about or have heard. Ultrathin brings Ultra Nate and Thin Lizzy
together and Dirrty Magic is Christina getting funky with Grover
Washington. Both of these tracks were created last November.
Also uploaded 10 of the offline tracks due to popular demand.
A Slim McShady celebrates it's first anniversary next week. The
first track I created. A few of you may remember it from the
Audiogalaxy days last year. Daft Britney is now back up due to
it's airing on QTV's mix week.
.
Finally, Ray Of Gob is offline for a very good reason. All will
become clear soon.
.
21/4/2003
BASTARD Gig at the ASYLUM was a great nite. Thanks to
everyone there who made it a very enjoyable evening!
Uploaded a (sort of) new track thats been on the hardrive for
too long now. FREAKRIDE uses Adina Howard's 'Freak Like Me'
vocal with early 90's Shoegazers Ride and their great 'Leave
them all behind' track from the 'Going Blank Again' LP.
Added a couple of new links above for McSleazy and the
Boot106 website. Both of which desrve a good browsing.
.
18/4/2003
GO HOME PRODUCTIONS Will be playing a live set at THE
ASYLUM, corner of Rathbone Place, Charlotte Street W1
London on Saturday April 19th. INFO HERE and HERE.
It's pretty much gonna be a mash-up nite of various artistes
including Cartel Communique / IDC / Ultra 396 / Soundhog /
Ch*rchill / Matt Catt / Fondue Meltdown / Bush No10 / Daz
Automatic / Jetstopreston / Blow Up Doll and more. Get there
from 8PM onwards. Should be FUN.
.

.
17/4/2003
Uploaded an extended version of 'RAY OF GOB' seeing as the
track is now getting played out quite a bit. Please note: It is
NOT censored. :)
.
5/4/2003
Lots of new recruits to the mailing list, so I have uploaded some
of the older tracks. Genies Revenge / Making Plans For Vinyl /
Union City Noise  / If Your Girl Was Stoned / Kelly's Lazy Papa
are all back online for a while.
Big thanks to James Hyman and Kevin Greening for pushing
Ray of Gob on XFM. More news on that soon...The Remix
played both Ray of Gob and Pretty Rudy after each other at
the start of last weeks show.
.
22/03/2003
OK some interesting news. On Wednesday 20th I received a
very fat e-mail. This e-mail contained a movie clip converted
from a high end broadcast-quality video.
Produced by Red, a London based Design / Media company.
It's a video of Ray of Gob that merges footage of The Pistols
and Madonna's 'Ray of Light'.
This video was thrust into the hands of Glen Matlock and
Paul Cook of the Sex Pistols who both gave it a massive thumbs
up. The video has now been forwarded to Madonna.
.

.
So, with permission obtained the full video is available here
in mpeg format for download. The file size is 5MB.
I will keep you updated on any further developments as and
when. Many thanks to Simon, Glen and Paul.
Big thanks also to XFM who have continued to support the track
with daytime airplay. Most notably John Kennedy, Iain Baker
and James Hyman of the Remix.
.
16/03/2003
New track online today: 'Pretty Rudy' which has been put together for the
GYBO SKA Weekender.
.
12/03/2003
'Ray of Gob' continues to receive more airplay on XFM. Yesterday the
track was played on Zoe Ball's drive time show.
.
08/03/2003
Ray of Gob (Sex pistols / Madonna) seems to be picking up a fair bit of
airplay on XFM radio here in the UK at the moment. John Kennedy
played the track on his 'Exposure' Show on Thursday and Iain Baker
played the track on his drive-time show yesterday (Friday). After a
sucession of calls / e-mails throughout the duration of his show, Iain
was forced to play it twice!!!....keep your ears peeled :)
Sexual High also received a play on XFM's The Remix on Friday evening.
James and Eddy flying the GHP flag as usual :)
I'm busy working on new tracks which will surface soon...keep checking
back for details and remember to join the mailing list further down the
page for news of tracks and related stuff.
.
23/2/2003
Bit of a PUNK Weekender going on at GYBO past few days and this new
track is the GHP contribution.
.

.
"Ray of Gob" is Madonna having immense pleasure in the company of
the Sex Pistols....Ray of Light joins forces with Pretty Vacant and God
Save The Queen amongst other stuff.....

14/02/2003
.

.
Brand new track available today - 'SEXUAL HIGH'
Marvin Gaye's 'Sexual Healing' with Radioheads 'High & Dry' and the
Go Home Productions Philharmonic Orchestra. Probably the most 'lush'
I've ever gone in terms of arrangement.
Hope you like it.......happy valentines day.......stop the war. PEACE
.

Go Home Productions: 'Retro-Rebranding EP' Seems to be going down
well with those in media-land :)
XFM's The Remix have now played tracks from it over the past 3 weeks.
On Friday 31st January Justin Likes Blondes kicked off the show with
James Hyman quite succintly declaring that we do indeed 'fuse odd shit
together'. This friday the guys played 'Let the Music Gimme Shelter'
which uses Shannon's 'Let The Music Play' over The Rolling Stones
'Gimme Shelter'. This particular track is earmarked for or another project
at the moment....more details later......it was also played out at the recent
Bastard night in Rathbone Place London. Thanks to Mike Cartel.
GO HOME PRODUCTIONS are now also booked for an XFM REMIX
SUPERCHUNK on MAY 30th, more details closer to the time.
Nice to hear those A & R types texting The Remix on air too :)
Yes, 'the Vidler' is avalable for any offers and bribes of a legal nature :)
Sorry for the recent lack of NEW tunes....me has been very busy..
BTW.....for those in shirts and collars....the Retro-RebrandingEP is a
promotional freebie that DOES NOT swap hands for cash.
.
27/01/2003
Big thanks to XFM's The Remix (again), this time 'Baby's Got  a Crazy
Horse'  was played on Friday's show.

NEW TRACK Online. 'Like I Absolutely Love You'. Justin
dragged out for the last time with Scritti Politti's 'Absolute'.
I had too many mails and requests for me to attempt it so I
couldn't resist.
Seems that Go Home Productions are venturing into a
completely new social arena these days. Had news of a
fitness club blaring out 'Daft Britney' during one of the classes
this week, much to the bemusement of those attempting to
get in shape after New Year excess. Look out for the GHP
'Fitness at Home' DVD later in the year :)
You may have noticed that half the tracks are now offline.
Bandwidth issues really, you folks have been sucking me dry
for months now, so seeing as there's a shedload of new
tracks on the way, some space has to be made.
Thanks to all those who have been entering the Caption
Competeition. Winners will be announced over the weekend.
.
03/01/2003
Go Home Productions officially declared as 'ones to watch'
in 2003 by XFM's The Remix. After playing 'Nobody Makes The
Sweet Jam Taste Better' tonight, Eddy Temple-Morris
confidently predicted that  GHP would produce 365 more
mash-ups this year! Rumours that I never open the front door
are unfounded....
.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! OK,  a little something I've had up my
sleeve for a while: Justin Likes Blondes which is a mish-mash
between Justin Timberlakes 'Like I Love You' and Blondies
'Heart of Glass'.
.

.
Thanks to Dsico:That No-Talent Hack for
creating and supplying the acapella, way back when. The
Justin vocal works perfectly with 'Absolute' by Scritti Politti If
any of you out there are interested.......
Thanks to XFM's Remix for playing 'The Weather Episode' in
their best of 2002 show last Friday.....James & Eddy being
entirely responsible, along with Iain Baker for giving it that
push during the summer.
Big thanks must go to Thomas Inskeep of the Oh Manchester
Blog who gave 'Daft Britney' the honour of 5th best track of
the year in their hitlist. '2 Months in a Disco appeared at No44.
Anyway thanks to all of you who came here for the past
6 months or so and sucked my bandwidth dry!
Drink and be Merry :)
.
20/12/2002
It's 'End of Year' Polls time.
Big thanks to James Hyman of XFM's The Remix for listing
Go Home Productions in his favourite b**tlegs of the year.
GHP also won 'Best B**tlegger of the Year' on the
McSleazy 'Get Your B**tleg On' Forum and 'Work it Out With a
Foxy Lady' also won the 'Best B**tleg of The year' award too.
Thanks to all those who voted.
.
16/12/2002
As promised, something for Xmas.
Christmas On The Block is now available for download.
JLO's 'Jenny From The Block' paired with Paul McCartney's
'Wonderful Christmastime'. The track was 'leaked-out' to a
few folk last week and the reactions were pretty cool...hope
you like it :)
.

.
11/12/2002
OK brand new track online today Baby's Got a Crazy Horse
which throws together The Prodigy and The Osmonds......
An unlikely mixture but I couldn't resist it :)
.

.
This is the first of 3 NEW tracks that will appear here over
the next week or so. A festive-flavoured track will be up on
Monday, just in time for those office parties that will render
the workforce in England useless......hopefully.
Go Home Productions will not be appearing at the XFM Remix
Night at Cargo on Thurs 19th Dec as previously mentioned but
there will be a  re-scheduled date in the spring.......maybe.
Big thanks to James and Eddy (the Remix) for playing
Ain't no Sunshine in my Closet on the show last Friday.
Big thanks also to QTV. A video of Daft Britney was shown
all last week during their Q-Mix extravaganza...........
Dont forget to join the mailing list (near the bottom of the page)
to find out when the new tracks will be up.
.
2/12/2002
Bit of an XFM Remix update this one......big thanks to James
Hyman (last week) and Eddy TM (this week) for playing
'2 Months' and 'Happy Behaviour' respectively.
You may be interested to know that Go Home Productions
have provisionally been booked to play the XFM Remix Night
at Cargo (London) on Thurs Dec19th......more details to
follow. Busy mixing some new tracks that should see the light
of day soon. Thanks for all the continued support..........

clearout.jpg (21081 bytes)
Go Home Productions 'Clear-Out'
4 Tracks that have been hanging around a while in the
basement, have now been unearthed for public consumption.
I Dream of Pussy was first played as part of the Ultra396/GHP
Soundclash a few weeks ago. Nobody Makes The Sweet
Jam Taste Better is a short collage that was used as an intro
in the Churchill Exclusive a while back. Ain't No Sunshine in
My Closet was put on the backburner after Soundhog
released his Eminem / Focus opus.........this version is very
laid back and mellow.....a different flavour :) Happy Behaviour
was recorded at the same time as Morzep but made way for
2 Months......so it gets its exposure now. Many thanks to
Tom Tom for supplying the Khia and Mary J Blige acapellas....
long time no hear. Consider these tracks an early xmas gift:)
..
9/11/2002
Another play on XFM's the Remix Friday night :) Good to hear
'If your Girl was Stoned' kicking off the show and thanks for
the 'shout-out' too guys :)
.
7/11/2002
.
.
UPDATE
(You're so) Cool response to the new track all day today.
Thanks for all the mail. Bloid has done his stuff again with
another sleeve (see right) literally minutes after I had
completed the 'disco candy' job above...
.
Brand new track up today 2Months in a Disco giving The
Trammps 'Disco Inferno' a complete rehaul with Underworlds
'2 Months Off'. Aimed directly at the dancefloor, suppose it's
more of a remix than anything else.......guest appearance from
Alabama. True Romance indeed :) GHP Nth Southwark branch
once again gets full marks for the cinematic inspiration.
Great to hear the Grandad track aired on last Friday's The
Remix.......James Hyman convinced its was a 'Go Home'
Production until dear old grandad mailed them. The on-air
apology was graciously accepted by all parties concerned :)
.
28/10/2002
As promised, new track MorZeppelin is available today.
Blending Morcheeba vocals,  the CCS 'whole lotta love' TOTP
riff and a Led Zep solo or two......play it loud.
Production notes: MorZeppelin was conceived on the night
that England drew with Macedonia and was inspired by a
chinese takeaway that defied description and a large bottle
of South African white wine. Track completed at 4.30am the
following morning.
As always, feedback is most welcome and appreciated:
gohomeproductions@btopenworld.com
.
26/10/2002
Those of you who tuned into XFM's THE REMIX last night, will
no doubt have heard the brand new Go Home Productions
track MORZEPPELIN which will be available here on Monday.
Big-Up to James n' Eddy who poured praise aplenty
onto it's slender shoulders :) and quite rightly pointed out that
the age of 'Acapella' / 'Instrumental' b**tleg is dead. One listen
to Frenchbloke and sonofs 'Clocks' which was also aired on
the Remix last night will prove this. Be on the lookout too for
Soundhogs new material, which again shows things moving
forward with intelligence.
.....and if Mr Hyman keeps his word.....GRANDAD will be
getting his Remix debut on next weeks show with 'Return of
the Rudeboys' which is another great example of the new
style :).......You have been warned!
.
24/10/2002
A Go Home Productions remix is available today. The track
in question is 'RETURN OF THE RUDE BOYS' by GRANDAD.
......may I also stress that despite all the rumours Go Home
Productions are not behind the GHPSauce 'Las Ketchup' remix
that is currently doing the rounds.........hehehehehe :)
.
19/10/2002
Union City Noise kicked off XFM's The Remix show last night.
Funny.....that track was always intended to start off a set!
Just completed 3 new tracks that should see light of day
within the next fortnight in some shape or form....those of you
who caught the 'vibe' of 'Foxy Lady' might just like one in
particular....more details soon.....
All the tracks have been online for a while now but will soon
be coming down. So again I would encourage people to join
the mailing list on this page, as that will be the only way you
will get them in the future. More space is to be made available
for new tracks and ideas.....we've gotta move on.
Finally, thanks once more for the excessive amount of mail
regarding the 'Backstab me one more time' track. Seems to
have made quite an impression on a lot of people. Funny that,
I wasn't gonna make it available!............
.
15/10/2002
Now availble Backstab me one more time Britney Spears vs
the O'Jays. A big slab of 70's soul given a massive dose of
Britney.....or is it the other way round?
Lots of cool stuff on the horizon once i get my arse in gear.
Big mention to those of you who have got here through
SOUNDHOG and ULTRA396's links....you are most welcome!
These 2 guys have restored the faith in troubled times!
Don't forget to join the mailing list further down the page.
GHP has a shedload of 'EXCLUSIVES' building up and they will
only be available to those on the list.
Update:Bloody hell! Backstab making waves already....
Respect to Tim....again.....who quite succintly points out that
'Backstab' is best appreciated in a bar similar to that in THE
SHINING whilst downing Manhattans and sucking on jazz
cigarettes!......pass the peas bro.....SOUL B**tlegs are now.
Full respect also goes to the GHP North Southwark branch
who made it all possible.
.
7/10/2002
New track If your girl was stoned available today.
Thanks to Tim again for artwork.
.
3/10/2002
Better give Tim a mention for another inspired piece of
artwork.....this time for Kelly's Lazy Papa which evidently
went down a storm in his office this morning! That's the spirit
Tim.....download MP3's in the morning / download beers in the
afternoon!..........do some work man!
.
3/10/2002
Brand new track up today Kelly's Lazy Papa as featured
exclusively on the Ultra396/Go Home Productions soundclash
on Radio Freedom last night.
Described by 'Ultra396' as the 'best bootleg I've ever heard in
my life'.........you decide!
Big thanks to those who bothered voting in Churchills recent
bootleg chart. Daft Britney was voted the No1 track.
It also appears that we are No1 currently at the EMS online
chart too with Daytrip to Heaven.
Might as well quit while i'm ahead then............
Go Home Productions May2002 - Oct2002.

28/9/2002
Good to hear 'Turn out the light slave' given a good airing on
The Remix XFM last night! I wonder indeed what Trevor Horn
would make of it!
.
26/9/2002
Good to be back.
Brand new track online today Daytrip to Heaven. Also a few
more of the infamous ones are back up.
Good to hear that John Kennedy played 'Foxy Lady' at the
start of his show on XFM last week (thanks to Mikey73 for
the info). Eddy and James played 'Girls don't stop' on Friday
nights Remix too - and alerted everyone that the site was
down, although NOT for the reasons they gave out on air!
HERE'S A CHEEKY REQUEST:
Choose your favourite Go Home Productions track and mail
it to CHURCHILL who is compiling a bootleg chart for his show
on Monday on www.radio-freedom.co.uk . He's complaining
that he's not had enough votes in! You can catch his show on
Monday between 10-11PM UK time. Well worth a listen!
Also on Radio Freedom next Wednesday ULTRA396 has
been kind enough to give up an hour of his show between
9-12PM UK time and let me broadcast some fave tunes and
exclusive mixes. Should be good. More details to follow.
I think that's all for now, more new tracks soon.....and  a
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Lauren who is 22 today!
.
15/9/2002
THE NORMAL SITE IS DOWN FOR A FEW DAYS BUT WILL
BE BACK WITH SOME NEW TRACKS.
.
14/9/2002
OK Union City Noise and I Believe in Killing Time are now back
online for a bit.
GO HOME PRODUCTIONS are featured in an article in the
New Zealand Herald today, in the Entertainment section. It's
an article about B**tlegging, and i'm to balme for a few of the
quotes......You can read it here .......

.
8/9/2002
2 more 'older' tracks back online today: Oasis are Gaye and
Independent Creep. These tracks will probably be online until
Thursday with any luck.
Also put I'm a slave for daft britney back up.
Good to hear that 'Turn out the light Slave!' was played out at
BASTARD4 on Thursday night at the Asylum and received a
good reception. Great to hear 'Little do you know your Rights'
on The REMIX on Friday night too.....big thanks to James and
Eddy again!
Had a mail from a guy in Orlando, Florida who tracked us
down after his professor played 'A Slim McShady' as an
example of 'Post Modernism' in a recent lecture........
Nice to know that The Dr at Boom Selection considers us to
be one of only a handful of acts worth listening to over the
past 2 months......
In fact a BIG thankyou to everyone who has been in contact
recently with kind words of encouragement / praise and
requests for older tracks......we are trying our best.
Don't forget to join the mailing list to hear news of new tracks
first.
.
3/9/2002
OK, two more oldies back online tonight. Making plans for vinyl
and I wanna dance with some bono will be available until the
weekend.
Big shout to 'Derwim Productions' who made us their 'Site of
the Week'.......seem like a nice bunch.
The GHP award for 'I should be working / not shirking' goes to
Tim from Manchester, who took time out to produce this piece
of ' ART '...........ahem, when he should have been keeping an
eye on his team.......inspired by I'm a Slave for Daft Britney...

30/8/2002
2 New tracks now online as mentioned in the previous post.
